Our Story

Pomona Tissue Culture specializes in micropropagation, a process where tiny pieces of plant tissue are grown in sterile, nutrient-rich media to create identical, healthy plantlets. This technique allows us to multiply rare and desirable varieties quickly and without pests.

We started as a collective of plant enthusiasts and horticulturists in Pomona who were frustrated by the difficulty of finding vigorous starter plants. In a small garage-turned-lab, we began experimenting with tissue culture to propagate our favourite tropical and edible plants. What began as a hobby soon grew into a local business supplying tissue-cultured plantlets to home gardeners, collectors and small nurseries.

Today our mission is to deliver affordable, disease-free plants while sharing our passion for science-driven, sustainable horticulture.
